First of all I want to say that I had such a fabulous experience at Uptown Audi especially with my new friend who sold me my 2013 A5 by the name of Lucas. I shopped around at 3 Audi Dealers in total and I-ve chose to deal with Uptown Audi mainly because of their customer service. Being partly in the sales industry myself, I-ve rarely seen such great qualities in a salesman such as Lucas.
